Great resource. Our library does not engage enough volunteers except at the teenage level. This webinar provided great info about organizing a volunteerism.

The presentation was straightforward and practical. All useful info, efficiently presented. The same points fit managing paid employees. Or a family. Or a club. We just don't always remember.
