Marketing Audit Template Edit Title
Many organizations have no budget for a full time or even part time marketing person. This Marketing Audit was created for an organization to help it identify the best target markets and methods for their services and products. In this case, the organization was the American West Heritage Center in Wellsville, Utah, a living history museum.
The form took weeks to create, and is saving the organization literally thousands of dollars. I hope I can save you at least some of that time (and money) by at least providing categories you can use in assessing your own situation. Just copy the tables, remove the comments and leave the headings. Then you can fill in as desired.
I have included coaching comments so that users of the audit can know why choices are being made. I see no harm in leaving these comments on the form and in making the form public.
