Toxic Leadership in Organizations Edit Title
Wed, Oct 07, 2015 at 1pm EDT / 10am PDT Edit Date
Toxic Leadership is detrimental to organizations. Authors Kusy and Holloway compare toxic leadership to an iceberg. It is the bottom of the iceberg, what we don't see, that causes significant damage. Toxic leadership not only impacts morale but also has financial implications to organizations. In this webinar, discover more about disruptive, toxic, and uncivil behaviors that occur in the workplace. Examine individual and organizational strategies to address this challenge faced by many.

Thank you and Froswa for an informative webinar on a valuable subject! It's time we tackled the too-common experience of toxic leadership in the nonprofit sector more openly. As a fellow organizational health consultant and coach, I really appreciated this focus.

This webinar was great. When you're dealing with a toxic leader it's easy to get pulled under to the point that you stop realizing just how toxic the situation is. This webinar did a great job of helping your normal thought process reemerge so that you are empowered to change the situation.

Excellent information about situations that happen but no one talks about, and no one knows what to do about toxic leadership. Helpful resources to followup with.

It was a very informative webinar in terms of learning to identify toxic environments and behaviors. The information was given in a very simple terms and this made it easy to understand. I also liked the fact that it had advise on how to deal with toxic situations/environments, from an individual perspective.
