Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for hunting for new business from both existing and new customers within an assigned vertical. Candidates will be responsible for achieving business goals by managing, building and developing a pipeline of sales opportunities.
Your most important responsibilities are:
•Prioritize highest opportunity target accounts within a defined vertical
•Work closely with the Business Development Representative to ensure smooth and timely follow-up on sales leads
•Generate and close new opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
•Quickly identify decision-makers and influencers along with their corresponding business needs, timeline and budget
•Connect with potential and existing customers by telephone, email and online meetings
•Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive for further development and closure
•Provide accurate and timely forecasting and updates to the sales manager
•Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas
What It Takes:
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
•Able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
•Able to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the business goals
•Drive to continually improve your sales skills through self-learning
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•Familiarity with MS Office Suite, CRM, Google, LinkedIn and other social media sources to optimize efficiency and performance
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•3+ years previous successful Sales or Business Development experience or a strong interest in a selling role
•Direct business-to-business experience desired
•Highly motivated and results oriented; entrepreneurial spirit
•Tons of energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm
