Wed, Aug 10, 2016 at 1pm EDT / 10am PDT Edit Date

Unlike for profit businesses, nonprofits are not judged by their financial bottom line; instead, their value is measured by the effectiveness of their services and how successfully they achieve their mission. Yet, for most organizations, the ability to deliver effective services is dependent on sound management practices, of which financial management is an essential piece. Unfortunately, most nonprofit organizations have serious gaps and inefficiencies in their financial systems.

This webinar will covers the core differences between for profit and nonprofit financial management and will review practices that should be employed in a nonprofit organization to help them be more accountable, transparent and achieve long term sustainability.
