Karen Graham has been working with nonprofits for almost a decade, and is especially interested in emerging technology for building relationships and communicating with supporters. She is currently director of Business Development with thedatabank, a provider of nonprofit CRM software, and for the past 8 years she has helped thedatabank build its business to over 1000 clients nationwide.
