I am the unknown American that co-conceived and co-named: "The Americans with Disabilities Act" together with Lex Freiden on January 3, 1968. I began studying Civil Rights Law Books at the age of 12, getting input and feedback about the Law from legal scholars and attorneys (most often without their knowledge of what I was trying to do - my sincere apologies). Married; Co - founder and President of Center For People With Disabilities, Inc., Austin, Texas.
