Nonprofit Curmudgeon

I overheard this recently, and it makes a lot of sense. And it's good news for nonprofit agencies, since most of them don't have the money to buy loyalty. Some nonprofit managers seem to live by this principle of rewarding loyalty, and but I can think of far too many who don't have a clue.
