Engaging Your Board & Others in Difficult Decisions Edit Title

Achieving your organization’s goals often requires understanding and alignment across multiple stakeholders. Board members, staff, donors, and stakeholders of all types need to be engaged in the planning and implementation of new strategies and actions. This session will introduce key principles and tools for building dialogue and alignment across diverse groups.
