Susan provides on-site assessments, consultation, retreats and training in all aspects of nonprofit financial and organizational development including: Effective Fundraising Planning, Implementation of Annual and Capital Fundraising Programs, Financial Development Audits, Board Development, Long Range Planning, Endowment Programs, and Volunteer Development.
For more than thirty years, Susan has provided assistance for hundreds of individual agencies and boards. She is the author of How to Ask for Money Without Fainting, Boards from Hell, a guide to help strengthen nonprofit boards of directors and Are You Chairing a Board by the Seat of Your Pants for board presidents and those who love them!
Susan teaches organizational development and fundraising to hundreds of newly formed non-government social service groups throughout Russia.
She is a volunteer Sign Language interpreter, a licensed pilot and winner of the 1969 Transatlantic Air Race from New York to London.
