VPI Strategies is a woman-owned strategic consulting and strengths-based solutions provider headquartered in San Diego. We understand your organization is unique and cultural nuances show up in how you conduct business. Our consulting firm doesn’t offer prescribed solutions. The world — and your business — is too complicated for that. Using a cadre of strategic partners and our next generation discovery process, we simplify. We get you. And we know how to assist you in accomplishing your goals.
VPI's President and Chief Strategy Officer, Sherri Petro is an accomplished strategist, organizational development professional and executive coach. Established in 1999, we work in the for-profit, nonprofit and government sectors. We have been certified Small Business 38021 in the state of CA for years. Since our inception as a strategy firm serving clients in southern CA, we have expanded into a more comprehensive set of services with projects both nationally and internationally. Sherri and her cadre of consultants have served clients all over the world — from Asia to Africa, from Washington to Florida, from New York City to Mexico City.
VPI commits to excellent communication, accountability, creativity, objectivity, simplicity, performance and results. We take pride in developing solutions that are innovative, effective, practical, on time and on budget. Many of clients have returned year after year for additional projects.
We have educated and coached thousands on how to break down barriers and decrease workplace generational miscommunication. We believe in the value of education and realizing the potential of the organization through engaged employees.
